Muru Collection Waterways Quilt Cover Set by Ardor:

Ardors MURU collection is inspired from indigenous art and symbolism. This makes it a perfect gift as well as a unique addition to your own home. In Australian Indigenous languages (such as Wiradjuri), the word MURI translates to PATHWAY. Artist narratives utilizing these design titles (like Connections, Waterways, and Belonging) typically focus on ancestors journeys, community connection, coming together, and a continuing vision of strength as one. The name of various design in this collection is inspired from these. Collect them all! Limited Edition!

This painting represents the importance of the ocean and the movement of water through our waterways. The currents flowing through the ocean, rivers, and creeks show the rhythm, movement, and energy of Country. Both large and small currents are shown — some carrying water across long distances, while others move gently through local waterways. Together, they reflect how water flows continuously, keeping Country
alive and connected. Blue Sand and sandbanks are also included, representing connection to Country. When we walk on sand, we feel the life of our Country beneath our feet.
