Unfulfilled
orders
In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil
any items that you have ordered we will contact
you with details of expected lead time and offer
you the option of waiting for the product to come
into stock, replacing the item with a similar product
or receiving a refund.
Returns
If you are not happy with your order for some reason
then we will provide an exchange or credit but the
customer is still liable for shipping charges. Please
email sales@cottonbox.com.au
within 5 days of
receiving your order.
Goods will be accepted for return only if they are returned within 7 days of receipt,
unopened, unused, in the original packaging
and labelling intact and otherwise in
saleable condition. Opened packages will not be accepted
for exchange. Additional delivery charges for the
exchange will be charged. You must pay the cost of all
return freight and insurance before the return will be accepted.
Damaged
items
All items are thoroughly checked before they are
dispatched. For products that arrive faulty or damaged
please notify us within 5 days on sales@cottonbox.com.au
All goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt
unopened and unused in the original packaging. We
will provide either a replacement, credit note or
full refund. Please note that delivery charges are
not refundable.
