Delivery within Australia

We charge $10 flat fee for parcels upto 3kg, across Australia. All parcels are delivered via registered post.

If your parcel weighs more than 3kg or is a bulky parcel you will be advised revised delivery fee at checkout.

Delivery takes from 7-21 days, from receipt of payment, depending on the items purchased and stock levels.

We ship all purchases using Australia Post’s parcel service with delivery taking place during normal business hours. Some goods must be signed for upon receipt and if no one is available when delivery takes place a card will be left and the goods may be picked up from your local post office.

International deliveries

We do not normally accept international orders. If you have any questions about this email us at  sales@cottonbox.com.au. We may accept order to destinations such as New Zealand, however you need to email us prior to placing your order to receive a quote on freight.
